What form do the peptides come in?
All peptides are supplied in lyophilized (powder) form.
You are responsible for proper research, handling, and reconstitution techniques.
How fast will my order ship?
Single vial/unit orders typically ship within 1 business day.
Bulk orders (multiple units) require additional preparation time and usually ship within 1-2 business days.
If there is any delay beyond these timeframes, you will receive an email update.
What is 2nd day shipping?
2nd day air refers to the speed of the UPS label created, but not the processing time it takes to prepare, package, and drop off your order. While most orders are processed in under 24 hours.
Can I get a refund if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?
Once a package is marked as delivered, it is out of our control. If you purchased shipping protection with Route, we can help begin the process of filing a claim
What if I made a mistake on my shipping address?
All sales are final.
If you realize you made an error immediately after checkout, please email us.
If the order has already shipped, we cannot reroute it, and you are responsible for any loss or delays.
Do you test your products?
Every product sold is tested for mass, purity, and ID, as well as batched tracked.
I’m new to peptides. Can I still order?
If you have no prior experience handling research chemicals, we strongly advise you not to purchase.
We do not provide usage advice or beginner support.
Are your products intended for human use?
Absolutely not.

Can I cancel, return, or modify my order?
All sales are final.
We do not allow cancellations or modifications once an order is placed.
If an exception is made, a mandatory 15% restocking fee will apply.
There are no refunds or returns under any circumstances.
Do you offer instructions for reconstitution, dosing, or use?

- Storage beyond basic storage temperatures
